My name Anakhita, I'm event manager. Now I'm living in Russia (Moscow), open to relocate (prefer - Cyprus).

I have versatile experience in event industry: I'd started my career like a full-stack event and internal communications manager in little company and I grown up with the company.
After working in startup I got a job in big company, where I had a opportunity to development in a narrowly focused area with an immersion in the technical details of creating an event and creating events for a large audience and a wide geography.

Now I'm searching a job, where I can nurture a corporate culture from the begining:
- create event and communications ideas
- create communication strategy for internal chats and channels according to business and hr goals
- create event plan / calendar with activities for different tracks and different audience: culture, sport, cyber-sport, ecology, IT etc
- organise events through the plan
- analyze the request of employees, create metrics of audience satisfaction
- develop HR brand to increase the efficiency of hiring staff
