Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Overview
You’ll work directly with customers to understand critical workflows, design AI-driven solutions, and deploy agents that operate reliably in production. You’ll own projects end-to-end from problem definition and system design to launch and iteration - and be accountable for real business impact.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Wonderful, you’ll solve high-impact, real-world problems alongside enterprise customers and own work from first principles through production outcomes.
This is a hands on-generalist role ****for engineers who enjoy navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and working across systems while partnering with enterprises as they become AI-driven organizations.
What You’ll Do
Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria
Translate open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementations
Build AI agents that integrate with customer systems and perform real tasks
Own deployments, including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement
Test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate based on results
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ship high-quality solutions
Contribute to tools, documentation, and best practices that scale customer deployment
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in technical problem-solving roles
Experience leading or contributing to solution scoping, discovery workshops, or early-stage AI/technical strategy in collaboration with sales, product, or deployment teams
Strong fundamentals in software design, system design
Clear communication skills and a strong ownership mindset
High-agency mindset: you don’t wait for perfect requirements and are comfortable creating clarity, proposing direction, and driving decisions
Experience working across systems, integrations, and data flows
Comfort working directly with customers and owning ambiguous problems
Curiosity and interest in building AI-powered systems that work in practice
Nice to Have
Experience in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing roles
Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems
Experience operating and improving production systems



FIELD CTO (KZ, UZ, GE, AZ)

Lead the technical side of sales: join early-stage conversations, present demos, and
guide architecture and security discussions.
Act as hands-on engineering lead - shipping code, building integrations, and setting high
quality standards.
Build and lead a high-performing technical team across engineering, integration, and
pre-sales.
Drive customer integrations, from scoping to deployment of AI agents, and ensure
production accuracy.
Gather customer feedback, localize the product, and represent regional needs to the
global Product team.
Serve as the local technical point of contact, building partnerships and handling
escalations.
Requirements:
7–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience - you’ve built things that
actually shipped
Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex technical
implementations
Customer-facing background in roles like Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed
Engineer - you know how to speak both tech and business
Strong leadership DNA - ideally with experience at Director, VP, or Founder level
Excellent English (written and spoken) plus fluency in at least one local language
Comfortable operating independently in a zero-to-one environment - building the plan,
the team, and the system from scratch
Bonus: experience thriving in a fast-moving startup where speed and ownership matter

Operations Specialist for Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.

Role Overview
Support regional commercial operations by ensuring efficient sales processes, high-quality CRM data, and smooth coordination across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to keep operations accurate, organized, and scalable.

What You'll Do

Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting
Maintain contacts, accounts, and opportunity data
Coordinate operations across KZ, UZ, GE, and AZ
Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and internal approvals
Manage expenses, invoices, and operational documentation
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and cross-functional actions
Improve operational processes and reporting


What We're Looking For

3+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.)
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership
Experience supporting commercial teams and managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills


Nice to Have
Experience supporting multi-country operations
Knowledge of expense or procurement processes
Experience with workflow automation or AI tools
Background in technology or consulting companies
