International fintech-oriented company is looking for an experienced Lead of Payments to lead and scale payment operations.

This role combines operational leadership, payment infrastructure management, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

💼 Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily payment operations, payouts, refunds, and transaction flows
• Monitor payment performance, settlements, balances, and operational stability
• Manage relationships with payment providers and external partners
• Lead and develop the Payments team
• Improve operational processes and implement automation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and operational risks

✅ Requirements:
• Strong experience in payments / fintech / banking operations
• Experience working with high-risk industries (iGaming / Crypto / Forex / high-risk processing)
• Good understanding of payment providers, gateways, and transaction flows
• Experience managing teams and operational processes
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
• Hands-on and detail-oriented approach
