🎧 Your Role:
• Handle inbound & outbound calls with players
• Assist with account issues (registration, login, verification)
• Support deposits & withdrawals
• Explain bonuses, promotions & platform rules
• Resolve complaints professionally, even in difficult situations
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Escalate complex cases when needed
• Meet KPIs (call quality, handling time, customer satisfaction)

✅ Requirements:
• Strong English (B2–C1+), clear and confident spoken skills
• Previous Call Center or Customer Support experience
• Understanding of customer service KPIs
• Ability to handle high call volumes
• Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills
• Stress-resistant, multitasker, customer-oriented mindset

• iGaming / online casino / betting experience
• CRM system experience
• Additional languages
