We’re looking for an experienced VIP Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-value players, ensuring top-tier customer experience and strong lifetime value.

Responsibilities:
• Manage VIP players via chat, email, and calls
• Deliver personalized and proactive VIP experience
• Monitor player activity & KPIs (retention / upsell)
• Create and manage bonus, incentive & loyalty strategies
• Reactivate dormant players and prevent churn
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Payments & Compliance
• Ensure responsible gaming & regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation

Requirements:
• 2+ years as VIP Manager / VIP Account Manager in iGaming
• Strong knowledge of online casino and/or sportsbook
• Experience managing high-value portfolios & revenue targets
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset and strong player data understanding
• High emotional intelligence & relationship skills
• Fluent English (other languages are a big plus)
• Comfortable working remotely

Nice to have:
• Tier-1 market experience
• CRM tools & bonus systems knowledge
• Experience in fast-scaling iGaming environments

Обязанности:
• Управление и развитие партнёрских программ в Tier-1 рынках (US, UK, CA, AU, EU и др.)
• Поиск, привлечение, онбординг и сопровождение новых аффилиатов и медиа-партнёров
• Оптимизация эффективности по моделям CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
• Контроль качества трафика, LTV, retention и fraud-показателей
• Переговоры по коммерческим условиям и выстраивание долгосрочных win-win партнёрств
• Анализ performance-данных и постоянное улучшение ROI
• Взаимодействие с командами Product, CRM, Payments и Risk
• Мониторинг рыночных трендов iGaming и активности конкурентов

Требования:
• 2+ года опыта на позиции Affiliate Manager в iGaming
• Подтверждённый практический опыт работы с Tier-1 GEO (обязательно)
• Глубокое понимание моделей CPA, RevShare и Hybrid
• Опыт работы с продуктами casino и/или sportsbook
• Налаженная сеть аффилиатов и сильные навыки построения отношений
• Аналитический склад ума и ориентация на performance
• Русский язык — свободно (обязательно)
• Английский — желателен, но не обязателен
• Готовность работать удалённо
