🚀 Tech Lead (Card Issuing, PSP)
A licensed card issuer is launching a new card issuing division.
We are building an MVP B2B platform for issuing and managing virtual banking cards.
Architecture: API-FIRST — the system will work as a single API gateway for seamless partner integrations.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

-Define architectural solutions & design APIs.
-Select tools & approaches within the stack.
-Decompose business requirements into technical tasks, control quality & deadlines.
-Participate in backend/API development & integrations.
-Conduct code reviews & mentor developers.
-Lead and manage an outsourced development team, control deliverables and quality.
-Work closely with the Product Manager on sprint planning.
-Contribute to integrations, infrastructure, and system scalability.

📌 Requirements:

-5+ years of commercial development experience (PHP + Go)
-Experience managing a development team as a Team Lead
-Proven expertise in card issuing within PAYMENT industry (EU/WW) — at least 1 year.
-Strong knowledge of DDD / Clean Architecture / Hexagonal / Onion approaches.
-Experience with async data processing, HA design, distributed monoliths & microservices.
-Deep understanding of OWASP threats & countermeasures.
-Tech stack: Docker, K8S, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, TigerBeetle, gRPC + protobuf, Grafana, Laravel Octane, Fiber/Echo, ELK or Loki + Promtail.
Optional: WireGuard + Firezone, Prometheus, Sentry, Jaeger.
Tools: Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Slack).
-Languages: Fluent English + Native Russian.
