The role

We are seeking an experienced payments individual who is able to serve as the first point of contact for PSPs whilst maximising payment provider acceptance rates and partnerships.

What you will do

Proactively sourcing new Payment Service Providers, profiling potential providers, initiating contact, managing the tendering process, and working with stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Procurement to manage the onboarding process end to end.

Lead the negotiations with the payment providers around the Commercial terms.

Working and coordinating with the Payment team and other internal stakeholders to implement new Payment Service Providers, including testing, ensuring high performance of the Payment Provider as per the contract.

Secure and maintain payment system and mechanism for our group by ensuring we have business continuity and mitigation plans in place for our key markets.
Evolve our support processes and structure in order to drive better collaboration with player safety, finance, User experience, and market team.
