SAP Finance (FICO) Implementation and Support Expert
You will be part of internal SAP support team responsible for new implementations and support of end users in the following areas of SAP ERP: FI, CO, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Bank interfaces, migration to S/4 HANA, and providing support for DMS (Document Management System).
 
Skills & experience (must have):
- FI: GL, AP, AR, VAT reporting, month closing.
- CO: Cost Center Accounting, COPA.
- Treasury module setup.
FA (Fixed Assets) module setup.
- Setup of interfaces with banks.
- At least one full-cycle SAP implementation project as FI (+CO as advantage) functional implementation consultant.
- Knowledge of accounting (basics).
- Fluent English and strong communications skills.
- Ability to read ABAP code.
 
Skills (as advantage):
- Migration from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.
- Experience in any BI tool.
- Basics of ABAP programming.
- Business process design and documentation.
 
Responsibilities:
- Lead migration from ECC to S/4 HANA
- User support for Finance and Accounting teams: SAP FI/CO, Document Management System (workflows)
- Implementation of new features, processes and companies in SAP FI/CO, DMS and other systems
- BI reporting implementation and support (SAP Business Objects)
- Support & implementation of bank payments interfaces (SAP – Banks)
- Support and implementation of integration with other systems (e.g. payroll, Concur)
- Ensure SAP Platforms in scope of the role evolve in response to changing business needs, technology developments and maintain alignment to bp standard operating environments
- Create user manuals and provide user training
- Closing period in SAP
- Other support of Finance department processes and users, ad hoc reports
