**Junior SAP Logistics/EDI support specialist

**You will be part of internal IT team that supports and implements IT systems, including SAP, Document Management, Help Desk and other in international and distributed environment. Excellent opportunity for growth and skills development. Office, hybrid or fully remote.

List of responsibilities:

- Serve as first level of support for support requests (in Jira Help Desk), validate requests (e.g. info/screenshots missing, problem unclear etc). Search in knowledge base if needed and provide ready answers.
- Process and correct EDI errors and other interfaces daily.
- Help users in repetitive requests/problems, provide training, create user manuals/video recordings and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain data master records in SAP: SKUs, internal orders and other upon request.
- Other tasks.

Skills and Experience:

- SAP MM, SD or PP support experience of minimum 2 years or one completed implementation project.
- Fluent English.
- Flexible and very efficient in learning and self-education.
- Experience in EDI will be considered as advantage.
- Basic ABAP or other programming language skills will be considered as advantage.
