Content Operations Manager (Strapi / iGaming)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (in-house ONLY)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Operations Manager to take full ownership of our website’s content ecosystem via Strapi (Headless CMS).
In this role, you are the "engine room" of the project. You aren't just uploading text; you are managing complex data structures, game catalogs, and multi-regional deployments. You will ensure that what is entered in the backend translates perfectly to a high-performing frontend experience.
Note: This is an operational CMS role. It is not a copywriting/marketing position, nor a developer role, though it requires a technical mindset.

Key Responsibilities
1. CMS Architecture & Data Management (Strapi)
• Core Administration: Lead daily operations within Strapi, including creating, editing, and publishing structured content.
• Schema Maintenance: Manage Content Types, Components, and Dynamic Zones to ensure data scalability.
• Workflow Management: Master the Staging Production publishing pipeline to ensure error-free deployments.
2. iGaming Catalog Operations
• Product Catalog: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Slots and Providers (Adding, updating, and decommissioning).
• Categorization: Map games to correct categories, themes, and feature tags.
• Lobby Management: Curate "Featured," "Trending," and "New Release" sections to optimize user engagement.
• Attribute Accuracy: Ensure technical metadata (RTP, Volatility, Max Win) is 100% accurate across the site.
3. Localization & Global Expansion
• Internationalization (i18n): Manage multi-locale content within Strapi.
• GEO Management: Roll out content for new regions, ensuring consistent URL/Slug structures and localized metadata.
• Cross-Market Quality: Audit different language versions to ensure no "broken" logic or missing translations.
Requirements
• Strapi Expertise: Hands-on experience with Strapi (Headless CMS) is mandatory. You must understand how Relations and Components work.
• iGaming Background: Proven experience in the online gambling industry (Casinos/Sportsbooks) is a significant advantage.
• Data Mindset: You understand how a CMS connects to an API and how structured data affects a product.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: You spot a broken slug or a missing tag from a mile away.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage high-volume updates (hundreds of games/entities) without losing track.
Nice to Have
• Basic understanding of JSON and how APIs deliver content.
• Experience with image optimization tools (WebP conversion, aspect ratio management).
• Familiarity with Jira or similar task-management systems.
