Accel Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. We need a creative professional with a high level of expertise in graphic design, photo, and video production who is passionate about discovering and implementing new design tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will lead our talented design team, tackle strategic tasks across our portfolio of brands, and drive continuous innovation in our creative processes.

# Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Producers, Copywriters, other Designers, the Creative Director, and Brand Managers.
- Guide the development and evolution of brand identity and visual content.
- Drive product creation processes, including product design, and packaging and print materials development.
- Propose and implement enhancements for brand development and visual storytelling.
- Continuously seek out new tools and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and creativity.
- Foster collaboration with other departments, such as Operations and Legal, to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Pitch innovative ideas and concepts, and provide actionable steps to elevate the quality of creatives and brand development.
- Organize and lead brainstorming sessions, and collaborative design processes.
- Prioritize tasks, plan, and balance sprints effectively with the team.

# Qualifications

- Higher education in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record in a leadership role within a creative team.
- High level of expertise in graphic design and media production.
- Proficiency in product development, including packaging and print techniques on various materials.
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe CC, Blender, MidJourney, ChatGPT, and Notion.
- Strong ability to stay abreast of global design trends and market news, and apply new practices in work.
