Your Responsibilities:
🔹 Drive end-to-end recruitment for complex tech roles in an international environment
🔹 Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple locations
🔹 Source, engage, and attract top IT talent globally
🔹 Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
🔹 Collaborate with the team to continuously improve hiring strategies and tools

Your Experience:
✔️ 4+ years of hands-on IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
✔️ Proven experience hiring for tech positions in an international context
✔️ Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Working proficiency in English
✔️ Ability to work independently while staying collaborative and team-oriented
