👨‍💻 What you bring:
• 2+ years in Level 2 IT or Tech Support
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Grafana, PagerDuty, Prometheus, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting & log analysis skills
• Jira & bug tracking experience
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (24/7 rotation)
• English & Russian proficiency
➕ Bonus: Jenkins, SQL, iGaming knowledge

🛠 What you’ll do:
• Monitor production systems & respond to alerts
• Own incidents end-to-end (including root cause analysis)
• Analyze logs, troubleshoot, and escalate when needed
• Reproduce and resolve reported issues
• Ensure system stability and product uptime
