✅Your Profile:
- Experience: Senior-level background in payment operations
- Industry: Banking or international payments experience
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, mentoring & training experience
- Languages: Fluent English

Your Mission:
💳 Handle unrecognized payments & ensure proper reconciliation
🔍 Trace lost transactions & resolve discrepancies
🌍 Manage SWIFT operations & maintain compliance
🏦 Work with correspondent banking to ensure smooth transactions
📈 Lead team members, train & mentor them
⚡️ Monitor & improve case resolution SLAs & operational efficiency
🤝 Collaborate with Finance, Customer Care, & Banking Partners to optimize workflows
📍 Location: Preferably based in Cyprus
