Senior Affiliate Manager
**
📍**Work mode: Full time, remote
❗️Location: European Time Zone

Requirements:
-At least 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (betting/gambling);
-Proven track record in international markets;
-Experienced with Tier-1(CA, ES, FR, PT, DACH, IT, AU);
-Understanding of key metrics and the ability to effectively analyze traffic;
-Proven experience in scaling affiliate marketing results;
-Effective management of processes and stakeholder interactions;
-Active partner database;
-English from B2;

Responsibilities:
-Own and scale a portfolio of affiliate partners across key European GEOs;
-Hit and exceed performance targets: FTD volume, partner network growth, traffic quality;
-Identify, negotiate, and onboard new high-potential partners independently;
-Monitor and analyse campaign performance — know when to scale and when to stop;
-Ensure compliance with local regulatory and advertising standards across markets;
-Develop localised strategies tailored to different European markets;
-Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and legal teams;
-Represent the company at industry events and conferences;
-Mentor junior team members and contribute to department-level processes
