𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐌𝐢𝐝-𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐐𝐀 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞) for a 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦.

This is a 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 role where you will work closely with a Senior QA Engineer on day-to-day manual testing, while also helping co-build an AI-assisted QA automation framework from scratch.

🚀 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 – 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐳𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲
💰 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: $3,000 – $3,750 / month

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Execute manual test cycles for new features, bug fixes, and regression
• Write clear test plans and test cases, and track bugs in JIRA
• Co-build an AI-assisted test automation framework (architecture, tools, standards)
• Explore AI tools for test generation, flaky test analysis, and test data creation
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 2–4 years of hands-on QA experience (manual + automation)
• Experience with automation tools (Playwright / Cypress / Selenium or similar)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting (JavaScript / TypeScript / Python)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and JIRA
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Genuine curiosity about AI in QA and testing innovation

𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:
• API testing experience
• CI/CD exposure
• Fintech / payments background
• Performance or security testing experience

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧:
• Direct mentorship from a Senior QA Engineer
• Real ownership of a greenfield AI-driven automation framework
• Opportunity to shape testing practices in a complex fintech product
