We're hiring a Payments Technical Support Specialist to join our Limassol office!

What You'll Be Doing:
๐งฉ Support merchants with payment gateway issues via live chat, email & ticketing
๐ง Handle integration queries and liaise with developers and PSPs
๐ Own customer communication and resolution using CRM tools (HubSpot)
โ Follow support procedures and ensure SLA/KPI standards are met
๐งช Run quality assurance checks and collaborate cross-functionally
โ๏ธ Help maintain smooth operation of our payment infrastructure
What Makes You a Great Fit:
โ 1โ3 years' experience in technical support / merchant services (bonus: PSP, acquirer, fintech)
โ Skilled in troubleshooting and guiding non-technical users
โ Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
โ Strong communicator โ written & verbal
โ Comfortable using tools like HubSpot & ticketing systems
