JustMarkets is looking for a HR People Partner to join our awesome team in Cyprus.

📌What you’ll do:

- Oversee key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and retention strategies
- Tackle complex HR issues with creative solutions
- Use HR metrics to drive improvements in employee experience
- Foster company culture and organize team events to promote collaboration
- Get involved in the development of exciting HR projects to continuously improve our HR practices and employee satisfaction

📌Requirements:

- 3+ years of HR experience (preferably in a product or tech company)
- Expertise in managing the employee lifecycle
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, policies, and best practices
- Problem-solving mindset with empathy and a proactive approach
- Upper-intermediate or Strong Intermediate level of English
