🛠 Requirements:
– 3+ years in a similar role in gambling industry
– Deep understanding of industry-standard tools, pipelines & real-time dev challenges
– Strong aesthetic skills across different art styles
– Creative & open-minded personality
– Experience leading and motivating diverse art teams
– Eye for detail and global trends
– Confident English communication

🎯 Responsibilities:
– Lead projects from the art side & manage the artist team
– Oversee quality and final delivery based on direction and deadlines
– Support creation from concept to final assets
– Review materials, improve workflows, and ensure cross-team synergy
