• UM Worldwide - ran 360 marketing on €10M+ accounts with no group head above me: led the SEO, paid social, paid search, programmatic and TV teams, owned budgets and client relationships. +25% on-target reach at 10% lower CPM. Hired and mentored planners.
• Subscription product (VPN) - grew it from zero: positioning, pricing, channel mix, retention. 2x ROAS while priced at a third of the market.
