Senior AI Product Manager (AI Agents for Clinic)

MEDvidi is a full-scale online mental health clinic for the US market. We have been operating in telemedicine for over 6 years and are now building the next stage of our product - an AI-driven clinic.

The role:

You will work on our vision of an autonomous AI clinic, where patients receive standardized, high-quality support regardless of the nature of their request. Your primary focus will be building AI Agents that resolve patient inquiries end-to-end - from intent understanding to executing actions via internal APIs (e.g. scheduling a patient with a medical provider).

In parallel, you will ensure alignment between the future we are building and the current support operations, maintaining operational excellence and patient safety.

This is production AI in healthcare - with a strong focus on safety, quality, and real patient impact.

What you will work on:

- AI agents for patient support, starting with SMS and scaling to multiple channels
- End-to-end automation of patient requests without human involvement
- Continuous improvement of intent classification models
- Centralization of all patient communications into a single system
- Product strategy and roadmap development with the product team and stakeholders
- Close collaboration with Medical Operations and Support teams

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- 2+ years of experience as an AI PM
- Hands-on experience with AI (Agents, RAG, Multimodal AI - production or strong personal projects)
- Structured, data-driven decision making and strong problem-solving skills
- Ownership mindset, transparency, and the ability to say “no”
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Proficiency in Russian and English.
- Ability to work CET hours, located outside Belarus and Russia, B2B format, own equipment.

Senior AI Backend (Node.js) Developer

Our product today:

- A production platform with thousands of active users in the US
- A complex backend with real-time workflows, medical data, and high SLA requirements
- Rapid growth of AI automation: AI receptionist, smart assistants for doctors and patients, automation of clinical and operational processes
- No “AI for AI’s sake” - only measurable product impact and real production usage

What you will do:

- Design and build backend systems for AI features (LLMs, agents, RAG) in production
- Integrate AI deeply into the core product, shaping patient and clinician journeys
- Build scalable and reliable services with a strong focus on security and cost efficiency
- Work closely with product managers and AI engineers

What we are looking for:

- 8+ years of backend experience with Node.js (product / SaaS)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production (not pet projects)
- Understanding of agent-based architectures and RAG
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, AWS, observability
- Product mindset and engineering maturity
- Fluent Russian, English B2+
- Ability to work CET hours, located outside Belarus and Russia, B2B format, own equipment.
