• Building and optimizing HR workflows in PeopleForce
• Developing HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation
• Implementing structured 1:1 meetings and performance management processes
• Managing HR administration, compliance, and employee relocation support
• Creating HR dashboards and improving operational efficiency
• Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
