Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to become a cornerstone of our dynamic company. As the primary financial expert in our team, you will handle all finance-related tasks from start to finish. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the financial landscape of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of financial operations, including cash flow management, month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting. We expect a methodical and analytical approach, with the ability to organize and dissect complex financial issues, propelling our financial operations to greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including comprehensive bookkeeping tasks.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, encompassing bill recording, payment preparation, and thorough reconciliations.
• Direct Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice issuance, and reconciliations.
• Conduct meticulous bank and monthly credit card reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures.
• Facilitate the month-end closing process, preparing trial balances, reports, and other essential documents for timely closing of company books.
• Support payroll administration with accuracy and promptness with an external accounting office.
• Uphold the highest standards of service and confidentiality in all financial dealings.
• Engage in general finance duties and contribute to ad-hoc special projects as needed.
• Assist in financial decision-making processes at the senior management level.
• Engage in continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
• Deliver regular cash flow reports and projections, providing vital financial insights on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in analytical thinking and Excel.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or senior bookkeeping roles preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with a preference for NetSuite experience.
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working autonomously and effectively under pressure.
• Highly organized and dependable, with a keen eye for detail.
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic work environment.
• Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
