We are looking for Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description:
- Managing relationships with partners to scale cooperation.
- Campaign management: optimize live campaigns based on a variety of performance metrics (Geo, OS, traffic sources, connection type).

Ideally, you will have a background in Digital Performance Marketing with strong understanding of performance marketing principles – especially in an online environment – and a practical knowledge of media planning principles.

A fully autonomous role, he or she would be very willing to wear many hats in our start up culture, to understand and build the needs of the new surrounding growth team.

Requirements
* 2 Years of experience in Performance Marketing or Traditional Media Buying on CPM and CPC basis.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
* Business fluency in English.
* Fast and willing to learn.
* Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
* Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
