We are looking for Business Development Manager!
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying key affiliate partners and recruit onto relevant jurisdiction platform
Creating an effective strategy, ensuring that company receives maximum ROI from its affiliate budget
Focusing on top performing partners to ensure maximum ROI
Establishing and maintaining strong affiliate relationships
Initiating and delivering innovative, tactical campaigns
Monitoring competitors activity and reporting findings through regular updates
Required Skills and Abilities:
At least 3 years of experience in the affiliate marketing
Knowledge in CRM / Affiliate tracking systems;
Established affiliate network in the industry, preferably across several countries
Excellent understanding of all the affiliate reward models
Good written and spoken communication skills in English
Creativity and ability to think outside of the box
Ability to work with remote teams
Breaking new partnerships and deals with sites;
Recruit new affiliates to promote products;
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
