❤️Now we’re looking for a Talent Development Partner to join our team in Limassol office.

❤️What you’ll do:
• Design and deliver learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives
• Support manager onboarding and development; facilitate team workshops
• Participate in calibration and development discussions together with HRBP Leads
• Contribute to the development of Mayflower Academy and shared learning practices

❤️Who we’re looking for:
• 3+ years in L&D, Talent Development, HR, or Organizational Development
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops and development programs
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with managers and translating business needs into learning solutions
• Strong planning and ownership mindset — from idea to delivery
• Fluent English (B2+)
