🚀 We are hiring: Account Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven specialist to ensure stable and high-quality SMS delivery in the assigned region. In this role, you will work closely with SMS routes, operational processes, and internal teams, handling data analysis and routine operational tasks on a daily basis. Previous experience in Accounting or Customer Success teams would be an advantage.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure stable and high-quality SMS delivery within the assigned region.
• Monitor SMS route quality and performance.
• Manage daily operational processes related to SMS delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery problems and improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, tables, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
• Willingness to handle ongoing operational and monitoring activities.
• Russian — fluent.
• English — B1 or higher.
