We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Operations team and manage an international portfolio of domains and corporate services.

What you’ll do
• Purchase, renew, and manage domains
• Communicate with registrars and international providers
• Monitor deadlines, tasks, and SLA compliance
• Handle tickets and resolve operational issues
• Work with Google Sheets / Excel and internal systems
• Maintain statuses, prepare reports, and handle escalations
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, and other teams
• Improve and automate operational processes

What we’re looking for
• 1+ year of experience in Account Management / Operations / Support / Back Office / Administration
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or project management systems
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
• English B2 and strong written Russian
• High attention to detail, a systematic approach, and a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to independently investigate tasks and find effective solutions
• Experience using ChatGPT / Claude and other AI tools is important
⭐️ Nice to have: experience with domains / DNS / registrars, Google Workspace Admin, Jira, YouTrack, Confluence, a technical background, or process automation.
