We are looking for a Key Account Manager to ensure a high level of customer service, build long-term client relationships, and manage and grow a portfolio of customers.

What you’ll do
• Manage and advise clients.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Manage a client portfolio, including retention, regular communication, and handling client requests.
• Identify additional customer needs and make soft upsell offers.
• Coordinate the resolution of client issues with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and keep documentation up to date.

What we’re looking for
• Experience as a Key Account Manager / Account Manager.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets / Google Docs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confident English, including spoken English. Russian native.
• Experience in sales, telecom, CPaaS, customer support, or KAM.
⭐️Technical background is a plus.
⭐️Analytical mindset is a plus.
