Job Title: Trend scout

Fintech web3 startup provides prediction marketing services.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Trend Scout to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, viral content, and cultural movements that can be leveraged for marketing, content creation, and brand promotion. Your insights will help shape our content strategy and keep us ahead in a fast-changing digital landscape.

Employment: full-time/part-time
Responsibilities:
• Monitor social media platforms, news outlets, blogs, and other digital sources to identify trending topics and viral content.
• Analyze the relevance and potential impact of trends on our brand and audience.
• Create concise and engaging summaries of trend insights for internal teams.
• Adapt and rewrite trending information to fit the brand’s tone and content strategy.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and social media managers to implement trend-based campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with cultural shifts and consumer behavior changes.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations on emerging trends.
Requirements:
• Strong interest in social media, and digital trends.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly synthesize large amounts of information.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Experience in fintech, gambling is preferably.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).Russian is a plus.
