International regulations lawyer

Fintech - is one of the largest mining pools in the world that provides mining services for cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum Classic and others.

Now we are looking for an International regulations lawyer who will strengthen our team and contribute to the success of our products and the bright future of Web3.

Work format: remote
Employment: full-time


Responsibilities:

✔️obtaining licenses and interacting with regulators, tracking changes in legislation and structuring financial transactions taking into account the specifics of international law;
development and improvement of legal schemes of business operation;
✔️selection of jurisdictions and registration of new companies for various types of activities (crypto, payment agent, gambling);
✔️organization of work with external contractors of legal support of international business: legal consultations, translation and notarization of documents, registration of companies;
✔️legal expertise of international legislation, regulatory requirements, contracts, agreements, protocols with counterparties (payment systems, software developers, advertising contractors, partners);
✔️obtaining international certificates for software products;
✔️legal support of group companies (corporate, civil law, administrative procedures, labor and tax expertise);
✔️development, coordination and support of own contracts (service, agency, NDA), powers of attorney, internal regulatory documentation of the companies.

Requirements:

● Proven experience working in the high-risk sector, particularly in crypto companies requiring diverse payment methods (e.g., gambling, forex, etc.).
● In-depth understanding of banking and payment system operations, with hands-on experience in onboarding processes.
● Proficiency in navigating legal frameworks related to cryptocurrencies, payment licenses, and corporate structuring.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external partners and regulatory bodies.
● Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.

P.S. International experience of jurisdictions selection and registration of new companies is the must.
