**HR manager

✅ Responsibilities:
∙ Organization of recruitment, adaptation, assessment, training and development of employees;
∙ Developing and implementing HR strategy;
∙ Recruitment process realizing;
∙ Formation of the company's personnel reserve;

✅ Requirements:
∙ Higher education;
∙ Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in gambling company;
∙ Practice of organizing the system of recruitment of employees and personal closing of key positions;
∙ Excellent knowledge of budgeting process and composition of personnel costs;
∙ Fluency in English and Russian;
∙ Understanding of HR management processes (training, KPIs, assessment, talent pool).
