💼Manage relationships with VIP customer contacts daily across Telegram, WhatsApp, Helpdesk, and SMS channels.
Execute VIP retention and reactivation strategies to increase player loyalty and activity.
Manage bonus offers and promotional campaigns in accordance with customer value and company policies.
Coordinate with Payments, KYC, Fraud, and Support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
🗣️Languages: English, Russian
