Senior Go Developer/Tech Lead

Hey, **everyone! We are looking for a Senior Go Developer for our client - an International software product company in the fintech domain (develop international trade platforms.).
The product - an exchange closely integrated with AI

🛠Stack: GO, Kubernetes, Kafka, Docker, Redis, MySQL, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Consul, RabbitMQ, GitLab

**We are offering:

**✅salary range: 48 000 - 60 000+ Euro annual salary net
✅Remote work (or office in Limassol, Cyprus)
✅Flexible working hours
✅Small and flat dev team

**Interview process:

**1st - HR screening (40 minutes)
2nd - technical interview (1-1,5 hours)
3rd - Product Meeting (Final, 1-1,5 hours)

**What kind of qualification we are looking for:

**📝 You know Go and have 3+ experience of working with it
📝 Basic understanding of service scalability and fault tolerance, zero downtime deployment, and graceful shutdown.
📝Able to write unit and integration tests.
📝Have a good knowledge of MySQL (understanding of indexes, ability to write complex queries, their profiling, and optimization).
📝Have experience working with Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
📝 English - Intermediate

📍Tune latency and observability, and maintain SLA for services.
📍Propose architectural solutions and participate in their discussions.
