We’re hiring a Head of People & Culture to shape and grow a high-performance, feedback-driven organization in a fast-paced product environment.
This is a fully remote strategic leadership role working closely with senior leadership to evolve culture, strengthen teams across geographies, and build scalable people systems.
💡 What you’ll drive
• Lead and develop a distributed cross-functional People team
• Own hiring strategy, workforce planning and talent retention
• Launch culture initiatives built on ownership, curiosity and trust
• Partner with C-level as a trusted advisor
• Support org design, restructures and capability development using data
• Embed continuous feedback into performance frameworks
• Improve and automate people processes to support business growth
✅ Who we’re looking for
• Senior People leader from product / startup / iGaming environments
• Strong background across People Ops, TA and Employer Brand
• Someone who combines strategy + hands-on execution
• Experience building distributed teams across multiple locations
• Strong business mindset and stakeholder influence
• Fluent English
