- Lead generation and qualification
- Turning cold leads into warm leads through Telegram, Instagram, Threads and other social media
- Partner, client, streamer and content creator outreach
- Managing the sales funnel from first contact to onboarding
- Handling objections and improving conversion
- Purchasing and managing advertising
- VIP communication and complex customer cases
- Working with CRM, HelpDesk, Jira, Confluence and Slack
In my previous Support role, I handled 3,000+ chats per month across 17 websites, with FTR - 10s and ATR - 22s. VIP players and managers.
