Responsibilities:
π’ Office Supply Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory of all office necessities, including stationery and groceries, to ensure uninterrupted office functioning;
π’ Logistics Coordination: Managing interaction with courier services and contractors to guarantee timely delivery and document exchange;
π’ Employee Support: Providing administrative assistance to employees to create a comfortable and efficient working environment;
π’Administrative Reporting: Keeping records and preparing regular reports to track office expenses and task completion statuses.
Requirements:
π§© At least 1 year of proven experience in an Office Manager position to ensure smooth and professional daily office operations;
π§© Language Proficiency: English at a B2 level (with Greek as a valuable advantage) to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment and coordinate with local vendors;
π§© Proactive Problem-Solving: Energetic and proactive attitude with the ability to multitask under pressure to resolve office-related issues quickly.
