We are looking for a Blockchain Backend Developer to join our team at Inktech.
Responsibilities:
- Deposits: development and maintenance of block indexers (EVM, BTC-like, Tron, TON, Solana), log and UTXO processing, detection of incoming transactions and confirmations, handling reorg scenarios, ensuring idempotency and correct event delivery to Payments/Wallet systems;
- Withdrawals: preparation, signing, and broadcasting of transactions (EVM/BTC-like/Tron/TON), lifecycle management of transaction statuses, implementation of limits logic, safe balance checks, automatic token sweeping, retries, and atomic status persistence in the database;
- Node interaction: integration with RPC/REST/gRPC, query optimization, node health monitoring, network error handling, and support for multiple client versions through a unified abstraction layer.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of backend development experience and 2+ years in crypto/blockchain projects with production-level workloads;
- Strong experience building services in Go;
- Deep understanding of Ethereum, TRON, BNB, BTC-like chains, TON, and their RPC/API mechanisms;
- Web3: experience working with web3.js, ethers.js, or similar libraries for network interaction and transaction signing;
- Experience integrating with nodes via RPC/REST/gRPC, including error handling and managing multiple clients;
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining block indexers and transaction-processing services;
- Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, schema design, and zero-downtime migrations;

We are looking for a Senior/Team Lead DBA at Inktech to manage the team and ensure stable database operation. The main stack is PostgreSQL in Cloud SQL (GCP).
Responsibilities:
Lead the DBA team: planning, prioritisation, task allocation, deadline and quality control;
Develop a roadmap and standards for the DBA department: regulations, best practices, templates/procedures, internal workshops;
Full database/cluster lifecycle: design, implementation, operation, monitoring, optimisation;
Support and development of database infrastructure: Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL) โ main circuit, PostgreSQL in Kubernetes (Zalando Postgres Operator), ClickHouse, MongoDB;
Participation in incidents: diagnostics, coordination of troubleshooting, post-mortems and improvements;
Database and query tuning: parameters, maintenance, indexes, slow query optimisation, capacity planning;
Building and developing monitoring/alerting, runbooks and response procedures;
Assisting development teams with database issues: data modelling, migrations, query efficiency, scalability;
Reviewing database-related changes (SQL/migrations/configurations).
Requirements:
5+ years as a DBA/Database Engineer;
Experience operating PostgreSQL in production (reliability, performance, maintenance);
Diagnostics and optimisation practices: EXPLAIN/ANALYZE, indexes, locks/concurrency, autovacuum, parameter tuning;
Backup/recovery, basic HA/DR practices (RPO/RTO, restore checks);
Experience in building monitoring and alerting for DBMS (metrics/logs, rules, response);
Participation in incident analysis (RCA/post-mortems, prevention of recurrence);
Leadership/coordination experience: planning, prioritisation, meeting deadlines, reviews, team development;
Ability to interact effectively with development: consultations, review of requests/migrations, recommendations on data modelling and scaling;
Python/Go for automation tasks.
