👋Hello everyone
I am looking for a Full-stack Team Lead in an international company. Sphere - interactive solutions for fashion e-commerce.
📍Location: Portugal (Porto)/ Lithuania (Vilnius) 

🟢Responsibilities: 
● Lead & grow the development team responsible for Web products;
● Ensure that team routinely delivers new cool features;
● Provide technical leadership & constantly improve development process;
● Collaborate with product owners & other teams (ML, Computer Graphics, Core Technology (C++), iOS, QA).
🟢Requirements: 
● 7+ years of combined industry experience, including 2+ years of team management;
● Deep understanding of JavaScript, modern frontend and browser rendering;
● Strong experience with React;
● Strong experience with at least one backend stack;
● Excellent communication skills.
🟢Nice to have:
● Experience with WASM, WebGPU & WebGL;
● Experience with neural network inference in Web.
