I am looking for Team Lead iOS in an international company. Sphere - AR solutions for the fashion industry.
📍Location: Portugal (Porto)

🟢Responsibilities: 
* Lead a team of 2-3 iOS Engineers, be responsible for the team deliverables, results and
performance. Set goals and development targets for team engineers, and support them with
feedback and direction as the team progresses;
* Engage with Product Owners to define and prioritize the backlog and to make sure that you and
your team are aligned with the overall product vision;
* High-quality code-review. We pay a lot of attention to architecture, code purity and cover the code
with tests;
* Actively apply a creative approach, there is a possibility of complex and non-standard tasks:
working with the camera, memory consumption, performance;
* Introduce modern technologies and engage in automation;
* Work closely with Core/Backend teams on everyday engineering tasks;
* Support technical documentation to keep interaction between different teams effective.

🟢Requirements: 
* 5+ years experience of iOS development;
* 2+ years of team leading experience;
* Good general knowledge of computer science, strong technical level.
* English level B2-C1

🟢Nice to have:
●  SDK development experience;
●  Experience with ObjectiveC/C/C++ and acquainted with Swift UI.
