Office Manager / Personal Assistant **
We are looking for a responsible and organized professional who can effectively fulfill the roles of office manager and personal assistant. This position requires the ability to switch quickly between different tasks, strong time-management skills, and attention to detail. You will serve as a key support for the executive and the team, as well as a vital part of the company’s promotion efforts.
📌Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
• Organize and oversee office administrative tasks
• Maintain order and comfort in the office, handle supplies and equipment orders
• Organize the company’s participation in conferences, managing necessary paperwork and employee travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners
2. Personal Assistant to the Executive:
• Coordinate the executive’s schedule, organize meetings and travel
• Handle executive requests, including working with confidential information
• Organize personal events and communicate with the executive’s contacts as needed
📌**Requirements:
**• EU citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles
• Proficiency with PC, MS Office and Google Docs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and literacy
• Ability to multitask, show initiative, and handle responsibility
• Personal qualities: stress resistance, organization, diplomacy
• Fluent in spoken and written English any other language is advantage
