We are looking for a BD Manager for an IT company in Limassol:

📌Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business development plans at international level.
- Actively seek and attract new clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients and partners, and conclude contracts and deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to achieve common business goals.

📌Candidate Requirements:

- Higher education in business, marketing, economics, or management.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT companies or the technology sector.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-level deals.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify promising growth opportunities.
- High level of communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions under uncertainty.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for conducting business negotiations. Hebrew an advantage.
