- Maintain high partner contact volume and client satisfaction.
- Assist clients with platform-related queries.
- Inform partners of new products and promotions.
- Provide live support and troubleshoot platform functions.
- Liaise with relevant departments for partner-specific issues and complaints.
- Offer ongoing professional guidance and post information on relevant forums.
- Follow up on queries to ensure high service levels.
