Now we’re finalizing our first ever funding round with Polychain, a round lead (with participation from JumpCrypto and others) investment with valuation ~220 mUSD and now actively scaling the team.

We're looking for a Legal Advisor to join our HQ in Cyprus (Limassol), who will take a lead legal advisory role in the business and to act as a trusted advisor for the business and main stakeholders.

**You will be:
**Support of the company on all legal issues in terms of Cyprus legislation and international law
Development, implementation and maintenance of the procedure for agreement of contracts, allocation of standard contracts, their accounting in the document flow
Preparation of internal company policies
Organization of interaction with external law firms and experts on certain issues
Foster relationships with key regulators, institutional clients, and partners
Legal advice to employees in all areas of activity
Legal support on labor law issues
Issuance of powers of attorney, preparation of official letters to external authorities, organize of notarial actions

**Requirements:
**Legal degree with 5+ years as in-house counsel, and/or at a global law firm with a focus on IT
Knowledge of the basics of European, English and American law
Knowledge of civil law, labor and administrative law (Russia, EU, UK, USA)
Experience of working with European countries
Responsibility, attentiveness, communication skills
Multitasking, analytical thinking, ability to work with large amount of information
Fluent English, including legal terminology
