We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will be responsible hiring process, attracting IT talent, search for unique experts in cryptography.
Your goal will build strategy search and hiring of IT experts in the narrow IT field. We are ready to help you in implementation the most daring creative ideas which will allow us to achieve our hiring goals. Be difficult, but very interesting and merrily.

We expect to see on this position expect with at least 5 years of relevant experience in IT recruiting. The ideal candidate understands the importance of hiring in a growing company. It will be cool if you have experience in international IT search and understand how to recruit people in Europe and the USA. Good command English and Russian.
