Key Account Manager (RTB)

TrafficStars is looking for an experienced RTB Key Account Manager to join our team in Limassol.

If you have hands-on experience with RTB and programmatic accounts, understand OpenRTB integrations and enjoy optimizing traffic and scaling revenue, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of RTB publishers and advertisers (SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges)
• Launch, monitor and optimize RTB campaigns
• Analyze traffic performance and maximize yield
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with Tech, Compliance and Publishing teams
• Attend international industry conferences

Requirements:
• Experience with RTB / Programmatic
• Understanding of OpenRTB and XML/JSON integrations
• Knowledge of CPM, CPC and CPA models
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent English (Russian is a plus)
• Comfortable working with adult traffic
