About The Position
We are looking for an influencer marketing manager with an interest in the blockchain & games industries to join our growing marketing team. This role will play an integral role in executing influencer marketing = strategies and management. The Influencer Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team to develop a larger global community.

Responsibilities
Perform outreach to influencers and KOLs that are on-brand for potential partnerships and collaborations across relevant GameFi social channels (Twitter, Telegram, Twitch & YouTube)
Oversee our KOL network from recruitment through relationship management
Manage KOL end-to-end campaign processes including identifying partners, managing budgets, co-creating campaigns and evaluating performance
Develop and execute KOL strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement and support general marketing goals
Define KPI and track success metrics
Allocate, track and reallocate the budget according to campaign performance
Stay on top of and proactively find ways to leverage emerging social and influencer trends

Who We're Looking For

2-5 years experience in a similar role within startups/crypto/gaming
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English with an ability to build productive relationships
Clear understanding of Crypto social landscape and familiarity with social platform algorithms and related best practices for content creation
A self-starter who takes the initiative and keeps up with a fast-paced company
Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask
Excellent organizational, project management, written and verbal presentation skills
Equally creative and strategic thinker
