About The Project
The Bluelight.inc is a new generation free-to-play simulator of startups in a virtual Silicon Valley
with challenging CCG mechanics and GameFi opportunities in the setting of the Take My Muffin series.
We are distributed over the World team of blockchain and gaming professionals who are passionate about gaming and new technologies.

About The Position
We are looking for a SEO specialist with an interest in the blockchain games industry to join our growing marketing team. This role will play an integral role in executing SEO strategies and activities. The SEO specialist will work with the marketing team to develop and update the website and content approach to improve KPIs in terms of organic traffic and CR.

Candidates should demonstrate expertise in strategic and technical aspects of search engine marketing, ranging from day-to-day tasks (keyword research and analysis, site audits, content audits) to the technical implementation of SEO best practices and link building. This role involves a great deal of collaboration with design, development and content teams.

Responsibilities:
Define and develop competitive SEO strategies to meet aggressive business goals
Manage all SEO activities, including on-page and off-page optimization
Help build website, and organic landing pages, recommend optimizations and ensure SEO best practices are implemented
Make technical recommendations for developers
Collaborate with Content colleagues for the creation of competitive content, based on search behavior and search volume
Perform ongoing keyword research to ensure the content team has timely content ideas
Create and execute link building strategy
Perform technical SEO audits and provide in-depth and actionable recommendations
Provide reports and audits on the performance of the product(s), when necessary

Requirements:
Deep understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and implementations
Expert knowledge of relevant SEO tools
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Strong analytical and prioritization skills
Strong understanding and implementation of advanced Off-Page strategies (link-building) for the English-speaking markets
An efficient, assertive, data-driven individual who is proactive and an excellent communicator
A self-starter but can work well in a collaborative team environment
Detail-oriented work style
English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
Minimum of 3 years experience in a previous SEO role
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications would be a plus
Experience in gaming and blockchain industries would be a huge plus
Available to work +/- 3 GMT
