Product Marketing Manager at PaynomicPay
PaynomicPay is a platform for B2B companies that need financial services on crypto rails to work with a global audience without unnecessary complexity: acquiring, payouts, currency exchange, cards, and other solutions. We help businesses make fast and cost-efficient international transfers while keeping the service quality and processes familiar and easy to use.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of product marketing across our solution lineup, shape positioning and go-to-market strategy, and work closely with product and sales teams across international markets.
What you’ll do:
• Own product marketing across key areas: segments, verticals, products, and their development.
• Drive business goals by initiating, launching, and delivering growth initiatives tied to specific metrics.
• Build and maintain product positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across channels.
• Lead go-to-market end-to-end: prepare launch plans, coordinate with stakeholders, execute launches, and measure impact.
• Continuously gather partner and market insights: run research, interviews, and case analyses, and translate findings into product and marketing improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, analytics, support, sales) and align marketing efforts around shared goals.
**What we’re looking for:
**• 3+ years of experience in IT products or services within product marketing or growth teams (ideally in fast-growing companies and smaller teams).
• Ability to connect product and marketing initiatives with business metrics and revenue, working across the entire funnel—from onboarding and activation to retention and expansion.
• Strong data mindset: ability to read dashboards and reports, evaluate initiatives, and make decisions based on numbers.
• Experience building a systematic approach to market and partner insights: research, interviews, case analysis, competitor monitoring—and turning those insights into product and marketing actions.
• Comfortable combining strategy and hands-on execution when needed: conducting research and interviews, shaping messaging, and supporting GTM execution.
• Solid understanding of key product and marketing concepts, processes, and frameworks (roadmap, MVP, UX principles, JTBD, CJM, AAARRR, ICP, Value Proposition Canvas, etc.).
• English level B2/C1 (external communication), while the internal team primarily works in Russian.
• Curiosity, initiative, and structured thinking.
