We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager ๐
๐ผ Responsibilities:
โ Sell long-term tech partnerships, and team extension services
โ Manage the full pre-sales cycle from intro call to contract signing
โ Qualify opportunities and drive them through MQL and SQL stages
โ Prepare initial proposals, coordinate estimations, and conduct budget qualification
โ Present solutions and negotiate with international clients
โ Collaborate closely with lead generation, design, development, BA, PM, and finance teams
โ Maintain long-term client relationships and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
โ Participate in improving sales processes and optimize workflows using AI-powered tools
๐ง Requirements:
โ 3+ years of experience closing IT outsourcing deals (7+ years is highly preferred)
โ Proven experience selling web application development services
โ Experience selling long-term projects and dedicated teams
โ Strong experience managing the full sales cycle from intro call to signed contract
โ 2+ years of hands-on LinkedIn lead generation or LinkedIn lead generation coordination experience within the last 3 years
โ Experience working with international clients and conducting negotiations
โ Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
โ Experience coordinating specialists involved in the pre-sales process
โ Strong understanding of outsourcing delivery models and software development processes
โ Practical experience using AI tools to improve business processes
โ Confident use of CRM and ERP systems
โ Readiness to communicate with clients across US, Canadian, and European time zones
โ Fluent English (spoken and written)
โ Ukrainian/Russian โ C1+/Native
โ Residence outside Russia & Belarus

โ Experience selling paid Discovery phases
โ Experience selling AI/ML-related projects
โ Experience with outstaffing and team extension models
โ Previous hands-on lead generation experience
โ Experience working with Upwork or other outsourcing marketplaces
โ Technical background and understanding of software development
โ Business Analysis knowledge and experience working with requirements
โ Experience in presales, cross-selling, and upselling
โ Experience with web applications, React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, and AI/ML domains
โ Experience selling dedicated teams and long-term partnerships
๐ We offer:
โ Fully remote, full-time
โ Flexible schedule with cooperation across European and international time zones
โ Base salary: $800โ1000 + uncapped commission (5โ8%)
โ Trial period compensation: $1300โ1500 subject to activity benchmarks
