🎯 Responsibilities:
-Support the incorporation, administration, restructuring, and ongoing maintenance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
-Prepare and maintain corporate documentation, including resolutions, powers of attorney, and statutory records.
-Coordinate the opening and ongoing maintenance of corporate bank accounts, payment accounts, and merchant accounts, including preparing KYC/KYB documentation and liaising with banks, (PSPs), and other financial institutions.
-Provide legal support for relationships with PSPs, acquirers, and other payment partners, including reviewing and negotiating agreements and assessing legal and regulatory requirements for payment solutions.
-Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
-Draft, review, and update B2C platform documentation, including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, Responsible Gaming Policies, and AML/KYC policies.
-Assist with selected gaming licensing matters, including preparing corporate and supporting documentation, coordinating submissions and renewals, and liaising with licensing advisers and authorities as needed.
-Conduct legal research and monitor relevant developments in corporate, gambling, financial services, data protection, and commercial regulations across the jurisdictions in which the business operates.
-Provide day-to-day legal support across corporate, commercial, payments, and regulatory matters for an international iGaming business.


✅ Requirements:
-Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law.
-3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in iGaming or another international business with cross-border corporate and payment operations.
-Hands-on experience with offshore corporate structures and the administration of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
-Practical experience opening and maintaining corporate bank, payment, and merchant accounts, including handling KYC/KYB requests and coordinating with financial institutions.
-Experience working with PSPs and other payment partners
-Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law, with the ability to research and navigate regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
-Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, corporate documents, and customer-facing platform documentation.
-Excellent legal drafting skills in English and Russian, English proficiency at B2–C1 level or above, both written and spoken.
-Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
-A proactive, practical approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.

Ищем Senior Media Buyer с опытом работы в вертикали Sports Betting от 2–3 лет, который умеет работать с крупными рекламными бюджетами, масштабировать эффективные связки и развивать performance-воронки.

🔹 Чем предстоит заниматься:
— Запускать, вести и оптимизировать рекламные кампании в вертикали Sports Betting;— Разрабатывать и развивать пользовательские воронки (funnels);
— Искать, тестировать и масштабировать новые источники трафика;
— Работать с рекламными креативами: формировать гипотезы, проводить тесты и анализировать результаты;
— Управлять рекламными бюджетами и обеспечивать достижение целевых показателей;
— Анализировать качество трафика и ключевые метрики: CPA, ROI, FTD, LTV, Retention;— Взаимодействовать с командой для повышения конверсии и общей эффективности воронок;
— Участвовать в развитии стратегии привлечения и масштабирования пользователей.

🔹 Что мы ожидаем:
— Опыт в Media Buying в вертикали Sports Betting от 2–3 лет;
— Подтвержденные результаты по запуску и масштабированию рекламных кампаний;— Опыт работы со средними и крупными рекламными бюджетами;
— Хорошее понимание специфики Sports Betting и поведения спортивной аудитории;— Практический опыт работы с одним или несколькими источниками трафика: Facebook Ads (желательно как основной), PWA / Web-to-App, In-App, Telegram-инфлюенсеры и Telegram-экосистема;
— Умение выстраивать и оптимизировать performance-воронки;
— Навыки тестирования гипотез и масштабирования эффективных связок;
— Понимание экономики трафика и ключевых performance-метрик;
— Сильные аналитические навыки и умение принимать решения на основе данных;— Умение эффективно работать с большим объемом информации.

— Опыт работы с TikTok Ads;
— Опыт с X (Twitter), Reddit, Pinterest и другими альтернативными источниками трафика;
— Опыт работы с международными GEO: EU, LATAM и др.;
— Опыт продвижения in-house продуктов;
