🎯 Responsibilities:
-Support the incorporation, administration, restructuring, and ongoing maintenance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.

-Hands-on experience with offshore corporate structures and the administration of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
-Practical experience opening and maintaining corporate bank, payment, and merchant accounts, including handling KYC/KYB requests and coordinating with financial institutions.-Experience working with PSPs and other payment partners
-Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law, with the ability to research and navigate regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
